Overview
The ZCRD Double-Beam Dual-Tool Holder Cutting Machine is an upgraded, high-efficiency automated cutting system independently developed by Huayao Technology, specifically designed for the packaging industry (e.g., color boxes and gift boxes). It is core-adapted to the key process requirement of “creasing first, then cutting” in packaging production — through the collaboration of dual tool holders, it achieves one-stop completion of creasing and cutting, completely addressing the pain points of traditional packaging processing such as mold dependence, scattered processes, and insufficient precision. Equipped with an exclusive configuration of dual independent beams and dual tool holders, the machine supports simultaneous or independent operation of the two beams, and can efficiently integrate core packaging production processes including creasing, cutting, slotting, and marking. It is particularly suitable for mass production and complex shape processing of color boxes and gift boxes. The machine completely abandons traditional molds, significantly shortens the production cycle of packaging products and reduces material waste.
