Overview
The ZCRD Double-Beam Four-Tool Holder CNC Cutting Machine is an upgraded high-efficiency automated cutting system independently developed by Huayao Technology, specifically for materials requiring only single-process cutting such as honeycomb boards and sponge. It is core-adapted to the mass production needs of these materials. Equipped with an exclusive “dual independent beam + four tool holders” configuration (all tool holders on the same beam are fitted with the same cutting tool), the equipment supports simultaneous or independent operation of the two beams. It abandons multi-process integration functions and focuses on single-process cutting, enabling synchronous cutting of 4 identical workpieces. Completely abandoning the traditional mold processing mode, it significantly shortens the production cycle of bulk products. Compared with single-beam single-tool holder equipment, its production capacity is increased by 4 times, making it an exclusive ideal solution for high-precision, high-volume single-process processing scenarios of materials like honeycomb boards and sponge.

- Independent Operation of Dual Beams: The two beams can process different identical graphics simultaneously or collaborate to complete the same batch of products. Compared with single-beam single-tool holder equipment, the production capacity is increased by 4 times, meeting the needs of mass production.
- Synchronous Cutting with Four Identical Tools: Each of the 4 tool holders on a beam is equipped with the same cutting tool, without mixing non-cutting tools such as creasing wheels and slotting tools. A single pass can synchronously cut 4 identical workpieces, adapting to the processing of single-cut materials like honeycomb boards and sponge.
- Ultra-High Precision Positioning: Optional CCD visual positioning system and Delta servo drive are available, with positioning accuracy ≤0.05mm and cutting accuracy ≤0.03mm, ensuring consistent cutting results of each tool and guaranteeing product quality.
