Equipped with an exclusive “dual independent beam + four tool holders” configuration (all tool holders on the same beam are fitted with the same cutting tool), the equipment supports simultaneous or independent operation of the two beams. It abandons multi-process integration functions and focuses on single-process cutting, enabling synchronous cutting of 4 identical workpieces. Completely abandoning the traditional mold processing mode, it significantly shortens the production cycle of bulk products.
